Boerne Chamber of Commerce members turned out in force Monday to help St. Mark Presbyterian Church celebrate the 30th year of its Early Learning Center. Established by St. Mark in 1996, the Early Learning Center is a key mission and ministry of the church. The staff is committed to providing an excellent program for young children and their families that is affordable, developmentally appropriate, active, respectful of diverse cultures and races, and built upon the foundation of a loving, Christian environment.
