SEPTEMBER 18

• AI & AUTOMATION 101 for Small Businesses: Discover how AI and automation can give you back 10-15 hours per week while increasing revenue for your service-based business. This workshop will be hosted from 10-11 a.m. at Das Greenhaus, 7 Upper Balcones Road.

• CHRISTIAN JOURNEY FUNDRAISER: Christian Journey Courses is a local organization offering targeted programs to jail inmates, probationers and those needing a fresh start. This fundraiser will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 205 James St.

• FALL GARDENING SERIES at the Herff Farm: This is the final session of this four-part series designed to provide practical skills and knowledge. Classes are $35 each. Class will run 6-7:30 p.m. Register at cibolo.org.

SEPTEMBER 19

• ADULT NIGHT HIKE at Cibolo Nature Center - Come to The Cibolo Nature Center to hike longer trails at sunset and view nocturnal wildlife. Cost: $15 per adult. The hike will begin at 8 p.m. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

• WINE EDUCATION CLASSES: DeVino Cellars is hosting three wine education classes this September, perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their wine knowledge. Hosted from 6-8 p.m., this class focuses on wine etiquette. Contact: 210-563-1002.

SEPTEMBER 20

• GVTC GAME DAY 5K: This running event benefits local first responders as they compete for department funding. There will be food vendors, drinks, outdoor games and more. The race begins at 7 a.m. at Knibbe Ranch, 9836 Spring Branch. Register at: gvtc. com/ foundation.

• FAMILY FALL FESTIVAL at Pure Country BBQ and Grill – From 4-9 p.m., enjoy barbecue, drinks, arts and crafts, face painting for the kids, a pie-eating contest, and more. * COMFORT ART FEST: The 13th annual Comfort Art Festival returns from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stroll through downtown Comfort and enjoy live artist demos, unique works for sale, and displays inside and outside local shops and restaurants.

• MUSIC IN THE CAVE: Enjoy a variety of acoustic, world-beat music styles featuring the words and music of singer/performance artist Rudi Harst accompanied by The Rudiments at the Cave Without A Name. Tickets: $35 in advance, $40 at the door. Register: cavewithoutaname. com.

• ANNUAL VINTAGE FLEA hosted by 8th Street Market: Bring the whole family and enjoy a weekend of unique shopping, food and community fun at 8th Street Market, 523 8th St. in Comfort. There will be vendors selling antiques, art, food and more.

OCTOBER 5
