Orange barrels can only mean construction has begun on a right-turn lane from South Main Street onto Herff Road. The new lane, being cut into Texas Department of Transportation right-of-way, will give motorists traveling north on Main Street a continual right-turn lane on Herff.

The real problem is Herff and the 46 intersection .
