BOERNE — Judge Dave Neighbor, incumbent Justice of the Peace for Kendall County Precinct 2, is seeking re-election in the upcoming March 2026 Republican primary.

Neighbor was first elected in 2022, winning the Republican primary outright in a three-way race and secured a decisive 82.5% of the vote in the general election.

“Serving as Justice of the Peace has been the honor of a lifetime,” Neighbor said. “Every day, I’m committed to delivering justice that is firm, fair and rooted in the values of our community. I look forward to continuing to serve the people of Kendall County with the same dedication they’ve come to expect.”

As Precinct 2 JP, Neighbor presides over matters including fineonly criminal cases, inquests, evictions, small claims trials, jail arraignments and administrative hearings. He also serves on both the Juvenile and Adult Behavioral Health Advisory Councils for Kendall County.

Known for his attention to detail and deep respect for the rule of law, Neighbor is running on a record of service, conservative values, and community commitment.
