The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT October 1 11:11 a.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a theft that occurred three days earlier.

1:12 p.m., 200 block of Horse Hill – A caller reported someone defrauded his mother-in-law out of $4,500.

5:58 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a fuel spill at the location. Boerne F..D was contacted, but employees reported they would clean up the fuel.

7:56 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported someone keyed their vehicle.

October 2

6:38 a.m., 37000 block of W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a vehicle was parked in the grass, on the far side of the park.

7:13 a.m., 100 block of Wild Rose – A caller reported her neighbor’s dog was barking for more than an hour. The caller said this was an ongoing issue.

10:38 a.m., on Johns Road/Lattimore – A caller reported a large stone sign was hit by a vehicle and was damaged.

11:18 a.m., 100 block of E. Bandera Road – A caller reported a former patient, who had caused issues, was threatening to return to the location and cause more problems.

1:57 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported she received a call from someone who had all her personal information.

October 3

7:40 a.m., on Cascade Caverns – A dead porcupine was on the road, causing issues for school drop off.

8:07 a.m., 1100 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported credit card fraud.

9:00 a.m., 200 block of River Road – A caller reported a camper in front of Pinchy’s was about to pour waste on the road. The caller told dispatch he confronted the camper’s owner and advised against dumping the waste.

9:29 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A local resident came to the Boerne PD lobby to report an instance of phone harassment.

12:22 p.m., 200 block of Cibolo Basin – A caller reported a tow truck parked in front of his house for five minutes. Shortly thereafter, the caller updated dispatch that the vehicle had left.

1:51 p.m., 200 block of Charger Boulevard – A caller reported her daughter was assaulted at school that morning.

October 4

11:26 a.m., 200 block of Oak Knoll – A caller reported someone put sugar in her gas tank.

2:29 p.m., 100 block of E. Evergreen – A male was detained after a probable cause search and the vehicle was released to a towing company.

4:43 p.m., 100 block of City Lake – An employee reported the lake was closed for an event but the park employee drove through without checking in.

8:20 p.m., Blanco Road/Plant Street – A caller reported a male driving up and down the street on a mini-bike.

9:04 p.m., 100 block of W. Blanco Road – A staff member reported someone came in and reported an issue with a child. It was found that a toddler was having quite the tantrum outside the location.

October 5

12:42 a.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a deer stuck in the back fence. The caller explained they tried to free the deer but were unsuccessful.

1:31 p.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported a guest left a firearm in their room when they checked out.

7:43 p.m., 200 block of Cinnamon Creek – A caller reported a possible gas leak at the location in her fireplace. Boerne FD came to the location and a small leak was found.

October 6

8:04 a.m., 100 block of Bentwood – Multiple callers reported a male riding his bicycle hit the curb and was not moving. EMS transported the male for medical attention.

1:36 p.m., 800 block of River Road – A caller reported her son used her credit card without her permission.

3:44 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road – A caller reported individuals at the location who were dumping furniture and trash.

9:25 p.m., 100 block of City Park – A caller reported his bag was stolen while he was at City Park.

October 7

2:20 a.m., 200 block of W. Theissen – A caller reported hearing a gunshot close to their home.

8:11 a.m., 200 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle was stealing electricity from the building. It was also noted a woman was sleeping in the vehicle.

10:53 a.m., 100 block of Cold River – A caller reported receiving a scam phone call.

5:19 p.m., mile marker 540 of W. I-10 – A two vehicle collision was reported. A caller reported the other driver was giving him a hard time.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE October 1

9:18 a.m., mile marker 533 of W. I-10 – A caller was concerned an 18-wheeler driver was tired after the caller spotted them weaving in and out of traffic.

11:55 a.m., 100 block of E. Tapatio Drive – A caller reported jewelry was missing from their home.

2:31 p.m., Jason Road – A caller reported multiple attempts were made to purchase Walmart gift cards with the caller’s banking information.

4:25 p.m., 100 block of Holiday Road – A caller reported their vehicle was towed away the prior evening.

5:39 p.m., 400 block of Los Indios Road – A caller reported a loose cow in the area was moo-ving aggressively towards others.

October 2

10:20 a.m., 100 block of E. Tapatio Drive – A caller reported his aunt and uncle were frauded out of a large amount of money.

12:43 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A caller reported someone filed for unemployment using the caller’s name.

1:17 p.m., 100 block of Madrone Trail – A caller reported fraudulent activity on his business’bank account.

1:40 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an employee was refusing to give the caller his money back after a disagreement about a service.
