The Geneva School of Boerne cross country teams ran at the Marble Falls Faith Academy Meet last Saturday where the boys placed third and the girls were fourth in the final team standings.
Varsity Boys
The Eagles were third with 104 points, behind Gloria Deo Academy (35) and Schertz John Paul II (77) in the field of nine teams.
Jonathan Taylor was 16th in a time of 19:27, Samuel Crews was two spots back in 18th with a time of 19:53, while Quinn Malkowski, Parker Eiland and Liam McClain went 26-2728 after Malkowski ran a 20:35, Eiland posted a 20:39 and McClain clocked in at 20: 41, while Evan Taylor ran a 21:08.
Varsity Girls
The Eagles were fourth with 91 points, behind Schertz John Paul II (32), Austin Regents (43) and Castle Hills (86) in the field of six teams.
Peyton Eiland turned in a top 5 finish after she finished 4th in a time of 13:38 in the two-mile event.
Madi Detterick came in 18th with a 15:38, Catalina Lozada placed 20th in 15:53, Katie Chapa ran a 17:28 for 32nd, Megan Luffy came in 49th with a 19:20 and Katelyn Lindquist clocked in at 26:05.
