Members of the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce made a recent trek back to Fair Oaks Ranch to celebrate the Sept. 23 grand opening of Velocity Country Store & Meat Market with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Velocity brings Fair Oaks Ranch a one-stop shop with gas, a full-service meat market, hot foods, snacks, groceries and more.
