Join us for Dia de los Muertos, a colorful, family- friendly celebration honoring life, love and remembrance. The day will be filled with lively mariachi music, free sugar skull face painting, delicious tamales, festive crafts, traditional Mexican candy, and a special storytime with a local author!
While you’re here, take a moment to visit our community ofrenda, a beautiful altar in the library’s lobby where we remember those who have passed. Community members are invited to bring and add a photo of their loved ones to help fill the space with shared memories and heartfelt tributes.
Seasonal fun at Storytime
This holiday season you can’t miss out on our fantastic storytimes each week for all different ages.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays grownups with littles ages 0-2 can stop by the library’s community room to be regaled with delightful, toe-tapping tunes and brief entertaining tales that will begin their little ones’ storytime journey.
After tunes and tales, stay for a fantastically fun bubble show and a stay-and-play time. This holiday season, baby storytimes are sure to showcase some perfectly pleasant seasonal stories that you won’t want to miss.
On Wednesday, come by the library for the Little Listeners storytime geared toward children ages 2-5 years old. Mrs. Constance is sure to put on a fabulous show full of fun for her little ones. Come ready to sing and dance along with Mrs. Constance to some classic storytime songs as well as listen to some seasonal stories.
Last but not least, don’t forget to grab your special seasonal snack before you go.
