The Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (GEAA) supports Proposition 4 on the statewide ballot and encourages all voters to vote “For” it.
Texas faces many challenges to its water supply — enduring drought, devastating floods and increasing population growth and development. The state faces over $150 billion in new water, wastewater and flood infrastructure needs and a looming supply shortage by 2030 if no solutions are implemented.
