Holliday defeats Comfort Deer in second round

After a first-round win last Friday, the Comfort High volleyball team faced Holliday Monday in the second round played in De Leon.

Comfort is in Region I and not Region IV, so they have to travel far away most of the time.

It was no holiday facing Holliday after the Eagles defeated the Deer in four sets.

Holliday won 25-17, 11-25, 25-18, 25-21 to end Comfort’s year at 28-15.
