The Boerne Champion girls played in their first tourney of the year and were entered in the Rouse Tournament last week.
Champion posted a 1-4 mark at the event and is 3-4 this year. The Lady Chargers play at Madison later in the week.
In its only win at the tourney, Champion defeated Taylor, 66-36.
The Lady Chargers lost to Round Rock, 52-35, fell to Lake Belton, 69-30, were defeated by Savio, 55-45, and stumbled against Hill Country Christian, 55-45.
