Morningside Ministries ready to expand with ‘The Vistas’

BOERNE — Morningside at Menger Springs, a senior living community, is expanding with 57 new Independent Living residences.

T h e n e w neighborhood, The Vistas at Menger Springs, is slated to open in the fall of 2027.

Owned and operated by Morningside Ministries, Morningside at Menger Springs has provided mission-driven housing and services to older adults for over 20 years in Boerne.

The expansion will introduce apartment homes ranging from 1,477 to 2,450 square feet, with spacious twoand three-bedroom floor plans tailored for active, independent living.
