Comfort basketball teams in action

After taking a break for Thanksgiving, the Comfort basketball teams were action earlier this week.

The Bobcats hosted Jourdanton on Tuesday, and the Comfort Deer were on the road against Junction.

The Comfort boys defeated Jourdanton by 20 points, 68-48, and improved to 2-3 overall.

Comfort is entered in the Harper tournament this weekend and faced Eldorado, Lutheran and Harper to start.

The Comfort girls earned a 38-23 road win at Junction for their first win and stand at 1-5.

The Deer visited Center Point on Friday and are on the road again Tuesday at Johnson City before playing in the Medina Tournament next weekend.
