The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specifi c addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT November 26

3:41 a.m., 32000 block of W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a man walking around the area. It was found the male was with a security company.

8:49 a.m., 200 block of Ryan Street – A caller reported harassment via phone and text.

10:00 a.m., 135 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a vehicle parked at the side of the building for over three hours. The caller was unsure if the vehicle was occupied.

10:32 a.m., 200 block of Frey Street – A caller reported a male walking into people’s yards and looking in their doors. It was found the male was selling home improvement renovations and had a seller’s permit.

4:07 p.m., 37000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a group of adults who were drunk and smoking marijuana.

November 27

9:18 a.m., 100 block of Hosack Street – A caller was concerned a possum helped itself into her home.

12:52 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a male who appeared intoxicated and as if he urinated on himself. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was detained.

4:59 p.m., 100 block of Magnolia Circle – A caller reported people on his property who were taking his lumber.

8:58 p.m., 100 block of Whisper Way – A caller reported a loud party behind her residence.

November 28

6:33 a.m., 700 block of Oak Park – A caller reported a duffel bag at the location that appeared to be unattended.

7:10 a.m., at Adler Road/Bluebonnet Street – A male was detained following a probable cause search.

8:04 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a baby walking around the area with blood on his shirt and nose.

10:21 a.m., 100 block of Vista Verde – A caller reported her neighbor was upset about her roosters and was yelling at her.

12:53 p.m., 100 block of City Park – A caller reported five puppies were dumped in the parking lot by the location.

November 29

5:46 p.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported multiple units were broken into at the location.

6:39 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Street – A caller was concerned someone had the keys to her vehicle. The caller said certain items in her vehicle were moved around and the seat was warm.

8:47 p.m., Christus Parkway and I-10 W. – A collision was reported between a vehicle and a bicyclist. The bicyclist’s hand was reported to be bleeding.

November 30

2:02 a.m., 300 block of Rosewood Avenue – A caller reported kids running around the area and a vehicle doing donuts in the area.

12:27 p.m., 100 block of Calk Lane – A caller reported finding a white line on her windshield. The caller was concerned it was paint.

11:29 p.m., 36000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the location. The caller admitted she was behind on payments but dispatch had no record of a repossession.

December 1

10:03 a.m., 300 block of Chapparal Creek – A citizen came to the Boerne P.D. lobby to report an instance of fraud.

1:27 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A manager reported a male entered the location and stole money out of the tip jar.

3:44 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Street – A caller reported her vehicle was vandalized.

8:43 p.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported a male acting oddly in the parking lot. The caller said the man was slurring his words.

December 2

2:23 a.m., 100 block of Kreig – A caller reported the fire alarm going off and it smelled like smoke; however, the caller did not see anything. Local fire departments responded to the location and also smelled smoke but did not see any fire.

9:45 a.m., at River Road/Esser Road – A caller reported a woman throwing glass beer bottles in the street.

9:50 a.m., 200 block of Market Street – A caller reported a construction company took the money to complete a job but then did not complete the work.

7:12 p.m., 100 block of Waterview Parkway – A caller reported a male at the location who was screaming and possibly intoxicated.

7:35 p.m., Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported containers on his property were broken into and materials were stolen.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE November 26

12:22 a.m., 400 block of Mountain Spring Drive – A caller was concerned when her house alarm was activated. Law enforcement came to the location and cleared the house.

1:02 a.m., 200 block of Wall Street – A caller reported her ex-husband was outside and was banging on her front door. The male required EMS services after almost wrecking his vehicle.

8:42 a.m., at Fabra Oaks Road – A caller reported a large piece of equipment was stolen from the location.

12:39 p.m., 300 block of Flat Rock Creek Road – A caller reported a vehicle on her property may be stolen. Law enforcement came to the location and the vehicle had not been stolen.

November 27

2:07 a.m., 500 block of FM 1376 – Eight cattle were in the roadway conversing about where they would go for Thanksgiving.

10:44 a.m., 200 block of S. FM 3351 – Eight goats were congregating and discussing what they were going to prepare for the cows for Thanksgiving.

12:37 p.m., 100 block of Mallard Drive – A caller reported he could see a boy on his doorbell camera shooting rocks out of a slingshot in the area.

November 28

9:59 a.m., 100 block of Paradise Point – A disgruntled caller reported a construction crew playing excessively loud music in the area 1:08 p.m., 43000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an abandoned dog in the area.

3:04 p.m., at Staudt Street – A caller reported receiving a scam call that he was going to be arrested for missing jury duty.

7:45 p.m., 1000 block of E. Highway 46 – A caller reported a vehicle traveling to Boerne with a large amount of weed.

November 29

7:51 a.m., 40 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a single vehicle collision. The caller said the driver was able to get out of the vehicle.

8:51 a.m., at FM 3351 and FM 473 – A caller reported a stray dog on the side of the road. The caller requested Animal Control to retrieve the dog as it had discovered a “gut pile.”

11:51 a.m., I-10 W/FM 473 – A caller reported kids playing along the highway.

7:02 p.m., 300 block of Highway 27 – A caller reported a woman hit by a vehicle. The woman was reported to be conscious and breathing. The woman told first responders the vehicle who hit her left the location.

November 30

6:42 a.m., 400 block of W. Tapatio Drive – A caller was concerned someone was in her house after a notification from her video cameras. It was found that their robot vacuum set off the camera.

9:36 a.m., 600 block of FM 474 – A caller was concerned about some cattle on the road heading toward the bridge.

1:12 p.m., 700 block of Front Street – A caller was concerned about a customer who came in and started recording the caller.

2:00 p.m., mile marker 529, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic on the interstate, almost causing a wreck. Law enforcement stopped the vehicle and issued a citation.

4:13 p.m., 7000 block of Valley Crest – A caller reported a teenager came in and stole a jewelry box from her house while she was present.

December 1

8:13 a.m., mile marker 531, W. I-10 – A caller reported a trailer was stolen from the location about a week ago.

8:30 a.m., 300 block of Fandango Road – A caller reported around $2,100 worth of material was stolen from the location.

11:27 a.m., 400 block of Cedar Place – A caller reported a male with an aggressive dog threatened the caller. The caller added the male almost ran him over.

9:02 a.m., 300 block of Kreutzberg Road – A caller reported finding blood in the front and back seats of a vehicle. The caller said the vehicle appeared to have rolled off the road and there was beer everywhere.

December 2

7:39 a.m., 500 block of FM 474 – Two cows were on the side of the road, coming up with their Christmas wish list.

10:26 a.m., 700 block of High Street – A caller reported her Amazon package was stolen off her front porch.

10:37 a.m., 400 block of Vamanos – A caller reported TikTok accounts being created under her daughter’s name.

2:59 p.m., mile marker 534, E. I-10 – A male was detained during a traffic stop and 4.5 pounds of cocaine was found in the vehicle.
