The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. DECEMBER 17
1:35 a.m., 300 block of Sanders Creek – A caller reported a pickup slowly driving through the area. The caller was concerned as she had seen it pass by three times.
8:05 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported his credit card information was stolen from the location.
10:47 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – An employee reported several people in the area who did not live at the location. When the caller was trying to speak a male, he took off running. Deputies arrived and detained the male.
12:46 p.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported a guest’s vehicle was broken into.
8:37 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A business owner reported two individuals outside her business who were not leaving.
DECEMBER 18
2:09 a.m., 100 block of Cheslyn – A caller reported hearing a tapping noise outside his location. The caller said he wasn’t sure if it was someone tapping on the window or a vehicle. The caller asked deputies to drive by the apartment.
10:20 a.m., 100 block of Calk Lane – A manager reported there were individuals soliciting at the location.
11:48 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported his credit card information was stolen.
11:51 a.m., 100 block of City Park – A caller said a vehicle had been left running for two hours, unoccupied, in the parking lot.
1:53 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a window at the location was broken and two juveniles were inside.
DECEMBER 19
1:58 p.m., 200 block of Market Street – A business owner reported an employee gave out the caller’s personal information.
6:10 p.m., 800 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported an intoxicated male was making people uncomfortable. The caller was able to contact the male’s father.
9:13 p.m., 200 block of Katie Court – A caller reported boys with flashlights going up and down the street, going around trashcans.
10:57 p.m., mile marker 542, W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a vehicle in the ditch. Emergency services came to the location and a male was detained. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.
DECEMBER 20
6:29 a.m., 100 block of Oso Creek – A caller reported a vehicle blocking their driveway. The caller said the driver was taking pictures of the caller’s house. Law enforcement found it was an Uber driver.
9:03 a.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported someone broke into his vehicle.
9:43 a.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported items were stolen from his room.
2:02 p.m., 200 block of S. Esser Road – A caller reported her Macbook was stolen from her vehicle.
2:06 p.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox – A caller reported someone broke into his apartment and stole some of his belongings. The items included his vehicle’s title and passport.
DECEMBER 21
1:57 p.m., Main Street/San Antonio Road – A caller reported someone backed into the caller’s vehicle.
5:14 p.m., Main Street/Herff Road – A male was taken into custody following a traffic stop.
7:29 p.m., 200 block of Fandango – A caller reported the smell of gas coming from a bathroom. The caller mentioned also having physical symptoms, too. Boerne FD came to the location to investigate.

DECEMBER 17
3:06 a.m., 300 block of Walnut Way – A caller reported a vehicle went by her house multiple times. The caller was concerned as no one was supposed to be at the location. Law enforcement went to the location and did not find anyone inside.
9:24 a.m., 200 block of River Ridge – A caller reported a loose dog that still had a leash attached to its collar.
10:12 a.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a male at the location stole tarps from the company.
10:43 a.m., 400 block of July Lane – A caller reported a firearm was stolen.
8:57 p.m., 700 block of Alamo Road – A caller reported her neighbor told her someone was trying to break into her residence. The caller said her neighbor told her it was a male that was attempting to break in.
DECEMBER 18
6:28 a.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A caller reported seeing a vehicle on the side of the road in a ditch. The driver reported he was injured and an ambulance was called to the location.
1:49 p.m., 100 block of High Point Road – A caller reported someone stole a lock from the mailboxes at the location.
5:07 p.m., 100 block of Sonrisa – A caller reported his son told him his ex-spouse threw a butter knife and a bottle of hairspray at the son.
6:09 p.m., 500 block of Adler Road – A caller reported a male was the skate park offering drugs to kids. Law enforcement spoke with the male but he denied doing so.
6:10 p.m., on Pfeiffer Road/I-10 Access Road – A caller reported a male was in the roadway on his phone. When law enforcement drove by, they saw the male, but he was walking on the shoulder of the road.
DECEMBER 19
11:09 a.m., 50000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported her ex-boyfriend was doing damage inside the house before he left.
11:36 a.m., 10 block of Blaschke Road – A horse was on the road, looking to see if anyone was up for a carriage ride.
1:16 a.m., Silver Hills/Desert Gold – A caller reported a male was urinating at the bus stop. The caller added the male also did it the previous day, at the same location.
6:50 p.m., 7100 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a grass fire that was quickly spreading. Sisterdale F.D., Waring FD. and Boerne F.D. were called to the location. Gillespie emergency services were also called to the scene to help extinguish the fire.
7:28 p.m., on Green Cedar – A manager reported a person at the location was acting strange. The caller was concerned the person was under the influence of a substance. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was detained.
DECEMBER 20
9:56 a.m., 200 block of Rolling View Drive – A caller reported a cat was trapped and needed to be picked up.
11:21 a.m., mile marker 535, W. I-10 – A caller reported a male pulled a firearm on the caller as they were driving on the road. The caller said he held up his phone and the male slowed down. Law enforcement located the male and he was detained.
3:39 p.m., 100 block of Jennifer Drive – A caller reported someone stole from his mailbox. The caller said an Amazon package was stolen.
DECEMBER 21
12:18 a.m., 100 block of Daniel Drive – A caller reported someone was knocking at her front door and then her back door. Law enforcement examined the property and found no criminal activity had been conducted.
11:58 a.m., on Wild Turkey Boulevard/Blue Heron – A caller reported seeing a rough-looking, possibly injured, coyote in the area.
1:07 p.m., 100 block of High Sierra Drive – A caller reported bank fraud, alleging $24,5000 was transferred out of her account.
3:29 p.m., on Esperanza/Splendido – A caller reported four juveniles were wearing masks and ding-dong-ditching in the area.
