The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. DECEMBER 22
5:56 a.m., 100 block of Boulder Creek – A caller reported there was a light on in their house they had not left on. The caller also told dispatch he heard a door opening. Law enforcement came to the location.
8:34 a.m., 100 block of E. Bandera Road – A caller reported employees from the neighboring business came in and asked the caller to turn down the music. The caller said the individual returned and threatened to beat the caller up.
10:35 a.m., 100 block of Plant Avenue – A caller reported a male on the Old Number 9 Trail who was acting inappropriately and exposing himself.
11:35 a.m., 600 block of Menger Springs Road – A caller reported two teenagers were soliciting doorto- door. The caller said this was not allowed in their subdivision.
1:12 p.m., on Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a male who appeared intoxicated. The caller was concerned about him driving away from the location.
DECEMBER 23
7:08 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported his motorcycle was stolen.
10:14 a.m., on Upper Balcones Road – A caller reported a woman sitting in a truck in the parking lot, dumping trash out of her window. The woman was detained and taken into custody following a positive K-9 alert.
5:05 p.m., 100 block of Benton. – A caller reported a vehicle at the location that needed to be red-tagged due to it not being registered.
8:43 p.m., at Doeskin Drive/I-10 Access Road – A caller reported a male standing in the middle of the road.
DECEMBER 24
5:19 a.m., mile marker 541, W. I-10 – A caller reported a truck trying to run them off the road. Law enforcement located the vehicle and the driver was confronted. Dispatch noted the driver was uncooperative.
9:58 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a young male assaulted by a staff member.
1:08 p.m., 100 block of Ranger Creek Road – A caller reported a vulture on the side of the road that was shot with an arrow.
5:40 p.m., 37000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an individual urinated in a cup and threw it at the caller.
9:03 p.m., 300 block of Rainwater Creek – A caller reported smelling natural gas near his house and was concerned about a gas leak. Boerne FD came to the location.
9:03 p.m., 100 block of Benton – A caller reported a van that was stopping in the road, reversing and then continuing to drive.
DECEMBER 25
8:48 a.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A dog was running down the road, evidently looking for last-minute Christmas gifts.
1:57 p.m., 500 block of Fabra – A caller reported hearing gunshots or fireworks going off in the area.
1:59 p.m., 100 block of Stahl – A caller reported a male walking in the area with a dog with no leash.
8:00 p.m., 100 block of Bentwood – A caller reported she was home alone and heard someone banging on her front door.
DECEMBER 26
10:58 a.m., mile marker 535, W. I-10 – Law enforcement reported a two-vehicle collision, with debris scattered all over the road.
4:45 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller came into the Boerne P.D. for assistance with a citation he received.
10:16 p.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the location. Dispatch noted a male in the background who was stating the caller was intoxicated and she was causing a disturbance at the location. The vehicle was located by law enforcement.
DECEMBER 27
11:44 a.m., 100 block of Crosspoint Drive – A caller reported someone stole a large amount of jewelry from her mother.
5:24 p.m., 1100 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported he had been harassed for the previous six months. He said he had been fired from his job for being intoxicated on the job, and he was now being harassed.
DECEMBER 28
9:15 a.m., 100 block of Ayshire – A caller reported a young woman running in the area. The caller was concerned after hearing about a runaway teenager in the area.
10:50 a.m., mile marker 537, W. I-10 – A caller reported a motorcycle speeding in and out of traffic in the area.
5:38 p.m., 100 block of Jolie Court – A caller reported the smell of gas coming from a specific area of her residence.
10:29 p.m., 200 block of Charger Boulevard – A caller reported a male at the location who was trespassing.
9:19 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A manager reported a vehicle had stolen gas from the location. The caller said the owner of the vehicle had stolen gas from the location on multiple occasions.

DECEMBER 23
8:46 a.m., 300 block of E. FM 473 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving all over the road.
9:59 a.m., 100 block of Platten Creek Road – A caller reported a male driving around the neighborhood in a vehicle with tinted windows. Law enforcement came to the location and a male was detained.
11:02 a.m., mile marker 523, W. I-10 – A lane of the interstate was reported as blocked, following a multi-vehicle collision. Law enforcement came to the location and a male was detained.
11:13 a.m., 100 block of Clear Spring Drive – A caller requested assistance from Animal Control with stray cats in the area.
2:36 p.m. 100 block of Scarlet Ridge Drive – A caller reported a client was refusing to pay after the caller did work for them.
DECEMBER 24
12:35 a.m., 400 block of Mountain Springs Drive – A caller reported someone rang her doorbell. The caller said she would not open the door until law enforcement arrived. Law enforcement did not find anyone at the location and suspected the doorbell may be faulty.
8:21 a.m., 100 block of Arboleda Circle – A caller reported a deer stuck in an iron fence.
10:02 a.m., Rolling Acres Road – A caller reported a package was delivered to the front gate had been stolen. The caller later reported they found the package, but the phone inside was stolen.
11:05 a.m., on Vallerie Lane – A caller reported three packages were stolen from the location.
DECEMBER 25
1:03 a.m., Mariposa Parkway – A caller reported an old vehicle parked in her driveway, facing her vehicle for a long period of time. The caller said she saw a light go on in the cab, indicating someone was in there.
10:56 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – Three cows were on the road, looking for any Christmas leftovers.
DECEMBER 26
8:57 a.m., 6200 block of Ranger Creek Road – A caller reported two stray dogs showed up at her house without collars.
9:15 a.m., 200 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported people in his neighborhood were shooting in the direction of the road.
10:22 a.m., 100 block of N. Wagon Wheel Drive – A caller reported his neighbor’s dog killed one of his animals.
1:33 p.m., 100 block of Wall Street – A caller reported a delivery vehicle erratically driving around in the area. The caller said he spoke with the driver and his behavior was odd, too.
4:07 p.m., 500 block of Sunflower – A caller reported finding a litter of puppies by a trash can in the area. The caller told dispatch the puppies were very small and were barely able to walk.
DECEMBER 27
2:50 a.m., 200 block of Friendship Drive – A caller reported her vehicle was taken without her permission. The caller was concerned about the driver being intoxicated while driving.
3:57 p.m., mile marker 522, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle going around 100 mph on the interstate. The caller said the two occupants flipped off the caller after they almost got into a wreck.
3:56 p.m., mile marker 529, E. I-10 – A fire was reported on the side of the road. Comfort F.D. and Waring F.D. were called to the location to extinguish the rapidly spreading fire.
DECEMBER 28
12:33 a.m., on Walnut Way/ Woody Way – A caller reported hearing fireworks in the area.
7:43 a.m., 100 block of Hillview Loop – A caller reported a dog with a collar had been running around the area for a few days.
10:09 a.m., 400 block of Mountain Creek Trail – A caller reported hearing a dog in the area that sounded like it was in distress.
5:44 p.m., 100 block of Mescalero – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into during the night and his wallet was stolen. The caller told dispatch the bank cards had already been used multiple times.
DECEMBER 29
12:15 a.m., on N. Highway 87 – A caller reported receiving three concerning calls in a short period of time. The caller said they involved telling the caller her younger sister was left somewhere.
9:49 a.m., 2900 block of FM 473 – A caller reported their trailer was stolen over the weekend.
11:00 a.m., 100 block of Stonegate – A caller reported someone took out a student loan using his name.
1:26 p.m., 200 block of E. Headwaters – A caller reported his package was stolen. The caller provided dispatch with information regarding who he suspected took it.
4:13 p.m., 100 block of Flat Rock Drive – A caller reported someone dumped gasoline in his water well, damaging the pump.
DECEMBER 30
1:08 p.m., 100 block of Idlewilde Boulevard – A caller reported someone burning items in their backyard. Emergency services came to the location and the fire was extinguished.
3:05 p.m., mile marker 533, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving all over the road and going significantly under the speed limit. The caller said he was concerned the driver was falling asleep.
4:37 p.m., 100 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported another vehicle swerving all over the road. Law enforcement made contact with the driver and did not see any signs of impairment.
5:25 p.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported receiving a phone call from someone who stated they were a federal judge. The caller added the scammer asked the caller for money.
10:04 p.m., on N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a male approached the caller and offered him a “young lady.” The caller said the female seemed to be teenager. The caller told dispatch the male was approaching other truckers, too, and asking them the same question.
