BOERNE — Chase has set dates for grand opening celebrations at its two new Boerne area bank branches, both already in operation.
The branch at 441 W Bandera St. in Boerne will be the first, celebrating a grand opening on April 16. The branch at 10049 Lemon Creek Blvd. in Boerne will follow, with its grand opening on May 12.
“News of our Boerne expansion has been enthusiastically received by our neighbors in the community,” said Maria Church, Bandera Street branch manager. “Most of our staff is from Boerne, which gives us a wonderful connection with the community. Boerne is growing, and Chase wants to grow right along with it. “ “Chase is committed to being the bank for all,” said Maryann Galindo, Lemon Creek branch manager. “We understand the needs of this community, and we want to have an impact for good here.”
The new branches feature innovative technology and a state-of-the-art layout. Self-service transaction areas are available, including an ATM inside the branch and one exterior to the branch, which is accessible by debit card after hours. As part of its local expansion, Chase recently hired a new community manager to serve customers in the area. Johnnie Davis provides financial coaching at no charge, working with community and non-profit organizations to reduce barriers to greater financial health.
Workshops include sessions on saving, budgeting and building credit. Davis also works with small business owners to give them the tools to succeed and grow. The sessions are open to Chase customers and non-customers alike.
“I am excited to partner with the people of Boerne by listening to their financial concerns and helping them learn to make the most of their money,” Davis said. “We want to help people build a strong financial foundation so they can thrive and build wealth.”
