BOERNE — The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce helped Elara Aesthetics & Boutique of Boerne celebrate its grand opening last month. Esthetician Michelle Hoyt, holding the scissors at left, and Nancy Garcia are Elara co-owners, who marked their grand opening on Feb. 19 with the Chamber ribbon-cutting ceremony. Chamber Ambassador Larua Avery presented the pair with their certificate acknowledging the day.
