Esthetician Michelle Hoyt, holding the scissors at left, and Nancy Garcia are Elara co-owners, who marked their grand opening on Feb. 19 with the Chamber ribbon-cutting ceremony. Chamber Ambassador Larua Avery presented the pair with their certificate acknowledging the day.
