HELOTES — Boerne ISD had four entries play at last Thursday’s 5A state tennis tournament at the Northside courts at O’Connor High School.
Two of the entries were knocked out on Thursday, while the other two advanced to the state semifinals and were defeated on Friday to earn bronze medals.
Boerne High senior Aidan Cebe played in the state semifinals on Friday and left with an ankle injury and ended up tied for third in the state.
