LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT 

MAY 27

7:35 a.m., 1100 block of Paniolo – A caller reported a vehicle parked in her driveway with the headlights on.

4:48 p.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a two-vehicle collision. The caller reported experiencing back pain.

6:10 p.m., 500 block of N. School Street – A caller reported a cat foaming out the mouth on her patio. The caller explained the cat was acting normally other than the foaming.

10:32 p.m., 100 block of Kassel – A caller reported his elderly neighbor had some suspicious vehicles coming in her driveway for over a week. The caller wanted to make sure the neighbor was okay.

MAY 28

1:23 a.m., 100 block of Tahoe – A caller reported a woman sleeping in her vehicle.

2:16 a.m., 100 block of City Park Lane – A caller reported seeing someone walking with a flashlight by the creek. It was found to be someone walking his dog.

6:53 a.m., 300 block of Aberdeen – A caller reported his vehicle was vandalized during the night.

9:34 a.m., 100 block of Braeburn – A caller reported someone attempted to break into his vehicle and cracked the glass.

11:44 p.m., 900 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a co-worker got in her vehicle and drove away. Law enforcement was able to locate the vehicle.

MAY 29

1:38 a.m., 600 block of Aqua Shores – A caller reported three people going into a unfinished house and driving throughout the neighborhood.

9:51 a.m., 20 block of Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported a boy was hit by a vehicle and had road rash on his arm. It was found the boy fell off his bike.

10:50 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported his phone was stolen from the gym yesterday and was pinging at a residence in town.

7:20 p.m., 100 block of Market Street – A caller reported someone walked out on a tab earlier in the day.

8:10 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported three juveniles on the maintenance shed attempting to destroy property.

MAY 30

5:08 a.m., 600 block of River Road – A caller reported a teenager on the side of the road trying to get picked up.

3:49 p.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported issues with someone from her past harassing her.

6:48 p.m., 100 block of Lake View – A caller reported a male in the neighborhood who was either intoxicated or on drugs. The caller reported the male approached her juvenile daughter.

9:53 p.m., 100 block of Abbeydell – A caller reported someone setting off fireworks in the area.

MAY 31

2:10 p.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported a male outside shirtless testing doors on parked cars.

3:58 p.m., mile marker 540 of E. I-10 – A caller reported another driver threw something at the caller’s vehicle.

4:32 p.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported a vehicle with the doors open all day. The caller explained they didn’t see any people going around the vehicle.

JUNE 1

7:05 a.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox – A caller reported his gun was stolen when he was grilling the prior day.

12:01 p.m., 100 block of Menger Springs – A caller reported a vehicle at the location for two weeks.

12:26 p.m., River Road/Charger Boulevard – A caller reported her and her daughter were injured following a two-vehicle collision.

3:21 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported someone backed into his vehicle leaving damage. The caller was unsure when it happened but knew it happened the prior week.

JUNE 2

9:17 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported checks were altered and fraudulently cashed.

1:47 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Lane – A caller reported someone changed the locks on the door and the door was left unlocked.

6:42 p.m., Regent Lane/Balmoral – A collision was reported between a truck and a motorcycle. The motorcycle driver was awake but noted he was in extreme pain.

8:43 p.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle – A caller reported someone kicked in the door and then left the location. The caller explained she hollered out, resulting in the individual leaving.

MAY 27

7:10 a.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported deer in the area that appeared to have been hit by a vehicle.

11:34 a.m., 300 block of Rustic Barn Lane – A caller reported identity theft.

3:20 p.m., Brandy Road – A caller reported her daughter’s credit card was used in various towns across Texas.

9:32 p.m., 100 block of N. Stonegate Road – A caller reported seeing someone on camera at their residence. The caller did note the house was under renovation and it could have been contractors.

MAY 28

1:07 a.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a man at a picnic table drinking alcohol for about an hour.

10:41 a.m., Kreutzberg/Camp Alzafar – A caller reported a loose cow in the road.

11:12 a.m., mile marker 522 of E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle involved in a hit and run with an 18-wheeler. The caller explained the vehicle came into his lane and broke in right side mirror.

11:25 a.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported his 18-wheeler went missing from the location several months back. The caller had confirmed the vehicle was not impounded.

5:16 p.m., 20 block of Blaschke Road – A caller reported a loose dog in the area. The caller appeared to be very thirsty but didn’t have a collar.

MAY 29

12:40 a.m., 1200 block of Homestead Ridge – A caller reported teenagers throwing furniture in the community pool. Law enforcement came to the location and found there was no criminal conduct.

2:18 a.m., 35000 block of W. I-10 – A vehicle was stopped for an alcohol related offense. An ambulance was contacted and the male was detained.

2:21 p.m., 100 block of S. Hilltop – A caller reported an employee was using a company vehicle, was let go from the company and was now refusing to return the vehicle.

3:52 p.m., FM 1376/Walnut Grove Road – A caller reported a vehicle started a fire and the driver was running back and forth attempting to put it out.

9:27 p.m., 100 block of N. Wagon Wheel Drive – A caller was concerned about drug activity happening in the area. The caller provided information on the vehicle they suspected was involved.

MAY 30

8:38 a.m., mile marker 537 of W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler swerving all over the road. Law enforcement advised there was a flat tire on the trailer.

12:30 p.m., 1400 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported an exotic animal was hit by a vehicle and had a broken leg.

2:10 p.m., Topperwein Road – A caller reported a woman with a suitcase attempting to get into a gated area.

9:58 p.m., Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported she and her neighbor heard two gunshots. They explained they initially thought it was fireworks but then thought it was gunshots.

MAY 31

8:55 a.m., 200 block of River Forest Drive – A caller reported a vehicle sitting on the side of the road. The caller explained the vehicle had been sitting there for 30 minutes. Law enforcement spoke with the driver who explained he was waiting on a friend.

11:49 a.m., mile marker 531 of W. I-10 – Three subjects were taken into custody following a traffic stop.

12:42 p.m., FM 3351/Fritz-Grosser Road – A caller reported a herd of goats on the road.

7:48 p.m., mile marker 522 of E. I-10 – A caller reported a semi-truck unable to maintain lanes and weaving in and out of traffic.

JUNE 1

8:21 a.m., 8900 block of Rolling Acres Trail – A caller reported a trapped cat at the location.

1:18 p.m., Spring Creek Road – A caller reported a vehicle outside her property that appeared to be involved in an accident. The driver was contacted and it was found the vehicle was broken down and would be towed during the night.

11:32 p.m., mile marker 542 of W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler hauling pipes swerving across the road. The caller suspected the driver may be texting.

JUNE 2

1:26 a.m., mile marker 531 of E. I-10 – Law enforcement informed dispatch of a vehicle without a license plate going over 100 MPH on the interstate.

7:34 a.m., 100 block of Winchester Drive – A caller reported a trapped raccoon at the location.

8:07 a.m., mile marker 543 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a woman in the center median of the interstate headed towards Boerne.

1:56 p.m., 100 block of Oak Acres Lane – A caller reported a tool shed with chemicals and fertilizer in it that was on fire. Boerne FD and Bergheim FD were called to the location.
