Deer down TMI as Davis ties school record for kills

Comfort defeated TMI – Episcopal Tuesday at home and one of the Deer players tied a school record for most kills in a match.

Comfort won in four sets over the Panthers, 25-18, 25-16, 27-29, 25-16, and Meghan Davis recorded 22 kills in Tuesday’s win.

Davis now shares the kills school record with Deer volleyball players, Emily Martinez who recorded 22 kills against Jarrell on Oct. 28, 2014, and with Ricki Jean Myers who posted 22 kills against San Antonio McCollum on Sept. 20, 2011.
