Greyhound soccer teams shutout opponents to open postseason

Boerne High opened the first round of the soccer playoffs with a doubleheader at Dripping Springs Monday night.

Both Greyhound varsity soccer squads recorded shutouts in their first-round wins at Drip.

The Boerne girls mashed Marble Falls, 2-0, and improved to 18-1-3 overall. They’ll play the winner of the Somerset and La Vernia match in the second round.
