Rally turtle to travel with BHS baseball team

Doug the turtle hasn’t been with the BHS baseball team all that long but he’s considered their lucky rally turtle. Boerne’s Ryan Hooper found the turtle in the school parking lot before Game 2 vs. Bishop last week and he’s considered good luck after they took him to the game and won. Grant Tamplet has the turtle at his house and Doug is expected to make the trip this week as the Hounds face Calallen. Pictured: Boerne’s Grant Tamplet with Doug, the rally turtle.
