A special exhibit, “Women on the Edge,” featuring the artwork of Virginia Floyd, Paula Lay, Linda Manning, Nancy Yarbrough and Riki Yarbrough, will be on display through May 30. It is hosted by Gallery 195 and Downtown DIY.
An artists’ reception is planned for Saturday, May 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Gallery 195. Enjoy the artwork of the five local artists with their unique and contemporary approaches to art. Floyd’s specialty is oil, Lay works in watercolor, Manning is a ceramic sculpturist, Nancy Yarbrough is featured with fused glass and Riki Yarbrough uses mixed media.
