It is that time again, and the Hill Country Council for the Arts is excited to host its fifth annual Boerne BierFest next weekend, Saturday, September 18, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Agricultural Museum and Arts Center, 120 City Park Road in Boerne. Buy your ticket now for a $5 discount at www.boernebierfest.org.

What has become Boerne’s most charming festival, Boerne BierFest celebrates microbrews from around the region. You will find about 90 brews available to sample in a souvenir sampling stein.

Festival organizers take the art of beer seriously, and rather than getting tanked, we encourage you to enjoy the t-a-s-t-e. Boerne BierFest is an excellent opportunity to hang out with locals and learn about the area’s beer culture. Almost two 200 volunteers will serve this year as pourers to ensure your enjoyment. A special thanks to “Group” volunteers from ISEC!
