We will begin with Hens and Heifers, located at 625 High St. Some of you may remember it as the previous location of Scott & Co. Hair Salon. Besides having excellent taste in vintage furnishings, owner Kimberly Brooks is also a fantastic baker.
You can peruse the wares and enjoy the sweets along with a cup of coffee or tea. Word has it that the carrot cake and brownies are to die for! And you can’t miss the place – just look for the golden balloons tied to the front gate.
