Registration and more information are available at www. cibolo. org Mushroom Cultivation Workshop, Herff Farm, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Instructor Louis San Miguel will teach the biology of mushrooms, their role in our ecosystem, and how to grow these low-maintenance, tasty fungi at home. Class is for anyone who’s curious about the fascinating world of fungi and interested in cultivating mushrooms as a skill. No prior knowledge of mycology is required. Louis will teach an easy-to-follow process, and students will receive a cultivation kit to take home.
