Kendall jobless rate decreases

Workforce Solutions Alamo indicates the Kendall County unemployment decreased to 2.5 percent in October, down from the 2.6 percent rate reported in September.

Kendall County’s unemployment rate registered lower than the overall jobless rate of 2.9 percent for the 13-county Workforce Solutions Alamo area, McMullen and Wilson counties as well as Kendall. McMullen County registered the lowest unemployment rate amongst the counties at 1.8 percent while Atascosa County registered the highest rate at 3.3 percent.
