The Boerne Independent School District announced new principals at three campuses for the 2022-23 academic year. The appointments were shared during the BISD board of trustees meeting on Monday.

The new campus leaders are Beto Hinojosa, Champion High School; Kathy Cornett, Voss Middle School; and Jennifer Escamilla, Kendall Elementary School.

“This is an exciting time for Boerne ISD, along with Champion, Voss, and Kendall, to welcome extraordinary principals to their campuses, all of whom have deep roots in our community,” Boerne ISD Superintendent Thomas Price said. “Beto, Kathy and Jennifer are all exemplary leaders, but are even better human beings. Having been a part of our community for many years, they share the same values as their friends and neighbors in Boerne and understand the culture of excellence at Boerne ISD.”
