Texas District 21 U.S. Representative Chip Roy made a stop in Boerne on Monday night to take part in a Restore American Energy Independence rally at Kronkosky Place. There, he was joined by Texas Railroad Commissioner Wayne Christian, Republican Texas House District 19 candidate Ellen Troxclair and dozens of Boerne and Kendall County citizens.
