Donald Lee Kamp passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 58.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Perelli Kamp; his three sons, Donnie, Todd and Christopher Kamp; daughter-in-law, Samantha Kamp; and grandsons, Asher, Tristan and Jameson; his parents, Don Roy Kamp and Shirley Ann Simons; as well as several siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. Don was a longtime proprietor of Kamp Painting in Boerne, TX. He was well loved & respected by his customers of whom many became lifelong friends. He enjoyed music, loved his Ford F350, his 74 corvette & Indian motorcycle. Don was most happy when he was using his talents to build & fix just about anything. He wasn’t shy about life, that’s for sure.
Whether it was through his actions or his words, you always knew where he stood and where he was going. And it was this quality, one so essential to navigating the world around us, that he passed down to each of his sons. A quality we will be eternally grateful for.
