Teresa Brigid Milligan, 13, was born on May 29, 2009, in Round Rock, Texas. She died Sept. 9, 2022, in Elk Mills, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her brother, Conor Davin, on September 3, 2019. Teresa was joined immediately by her mother, Tara Davina Ricker Milligan, and other siblings: Nora Merian and Finn Ricker. She is survived by her grandparents, David and Pauline Ricker and Michael and Merian Milligan and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her beloved cats, Max, Frisco, Felix, Figaro and Molly, as well as her devoted dog, Ransom.
As the oldest of her three siblings, Teresa held many opinions. She was very strong-willed and was occasionally described affectionately by her younger sister, Nora, as “bossy.” Teresa was incredibly creative. She often expressed this creativity by drawing and making up stories to share. Teresa was an avid reader and would spend hours inside of novels and comic books. She was also enjoying drama classes. Teresa loved music and played the piano and harp quite well. The music from her harp filled their home with peace amidst life with active children.
Teresa was baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on June 24, 2017. She participated actively in the Young Women’s Organization.
