BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT
2:12 a.m., I-10 mile 545 – Bexar officials alerted police that a drunk driver was heading their way and wouldn’t let the passenger out, until finally the passenger jumped out at Ralph Fair & I-10. The driver wasn’t found.
2:53 a.m., 36700 I-10 – Man was arrested during a traffic stop.
3:06 a.m., 100 Latigo – A man said he pushed his wife against the wall and wanted to turn himself in, but later said she claimed he did it, but he didn’t.
3:32 a.m., 100 Lasso Falls – A caller said a couple in an SUV who frequently choose the area for their romantic interludes was at it again.
8:39 a.m., 32100 I-10 – The trespassers a security company reported turned out to be workers with the electric company.
11:41 a.m., 500 Graham – A man reported someone stole tools from his back porch the previous night.
12:35 p.m., 1300 S. Main – After a near-miss, a woman blocked the parking lot entrance to yell at the guy in the vehicle she almost collided with, but apparently expended her anger before police arrived and was gone.
1:16 p.m., 100 Old San Antonio – A ‘tween-age home resident was reported as a runaway, but returned to the campus minutes later.
2:17 p.m., 100 W. Bandera – A woman turned in a debit card she found.
2:52 p.m., 100 Old San Antonio – A disturbance broke out at a youth home girls’ cabin.
4:45 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – A store manager said a guy tried to shoplift stuff.
6 p.m., 100 Jolie – A woman said her husband grabbed her by the throat and threw her against the wall.
6:31 p.m., 1500 S. Main – A caller complained music coming from a vehicle was too loud and too profane.
6:31 p.m. 100 Roeder – After a mother reported her adult son was not taking his meds he was arrested.
7:01 p.m., 400 W. Bandera – A woman reported her Jeep Cherokee had been stolen from the parking lot, but it was found way out in the parking lot.
8:10 p.m., 600 W. Bandera – During a traffic stop, one person was arrested for DWI.
8:35 p.m., I-10 mile 543 – A man and a woman were arrested during a traffic stop.
8:47 p.m., 300 Bentwood – A ride-share driver said when he learned the young woman was underage and said she had no ID, he took her back home.
9:48 p.m., 100 Copper Creek – A caller was suspicious when his headlights hit people out in a field, and they took off running.
11:21 p.m., 200 Frey – A woman said she felt threatened by the military man who was stalking her.
Police made an additional 27 traffic stops and also assisted the public six times and an EMS crew once and handled one welfare check, five reckless driver reports, three civil matters, six security checks and one false alarm.
12:05 a.m., I-10 mile 542 – During a traffic stop, a man and a woman were arrested.
12:39 a.m., 100 S. Main – A store manager wanted to know how to dispose of the bag containing drug paraphernalia that a maintenance employee found.
1:26 a.m., Cascade Caverns Rd. – A hotel guest reported an employee had sexually assaulted her.
3:26 a.m., 1200 S. Main – An innkeeper reported a couple of guests were fighting after being warned once about their noise.
4:02 a.m., 100 Telford – A caller complained a woman kept ringing her doorbell.
4:39 a.m., 33000 I-10 – A trailer was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived.
9:15 a.m., 100 Old San Antonio – A woman said a guy who had stolen stuff from her in the past and wasn’t supposed to be on the property was walking around the area.
12:33 p.m., Scenic Loop Rd. – A caller complained utility workers shut down one lane, but there is no traffic control.
12:48 p.m., 1400 E. Blanco – After a caller reported a washing machine was smoking, the washeteria owner said it was probably just a belt and he’d get it fixed.
1:46 p.m., 1300 S. Main – A woman said her wallet was stolen at a store yesterday.
2:21 p.m., 800 Johns Rd. – A manager reported a couple in the store was acting oddly.
3:41 p.m., Highland & Francis – After a caller reported a mailbox cluster was toppled over, an officer secured it.
4:12 p.m., 200 Cascade Caverns – Police caught the two juveniles a caller said were in the area of a vacant house.
6:13 p.m., 100 Hampton Bend – The loud music a caller complained was coming from a vehicle was a music-loving pizza deliverer.
6:52 p.m., I-10 mile 539 – One person was arrested during a traffic stop.
6:21 p.m., 1700 River – A caller was suspicious about the person he saw loading stuff from a storage unit into a vehicle.
8:27 p.m., 100 Chesterna – A woman wanted police to investigate the man who was posting threats and photos of a teenager that were obtained without the girl’s knowledge.
9:23 p.m., 200 Michelle – A woman complained a neighbor was drunk and she could hear him yelling and cursing on his back porch.
10:27 p.m., 300 Bentwood – A caller complained someone was banging on her windows and ringing the doorbell and tried opening her back door.
11:39 p.m., I-10 mile 539 – One person was arrested during a traffic stop.
Officers also made 50 traffic stops, assisted the public five times, worked two non-injury wrecks and handled two traffic hazards, two animal calls, 21 security checks and three false alarms.
1:13 a.m., 500 River – EMS was called to treat the bloody face of one of the two brothers who got into a fight; the other was arrested.
8:08 a.m., 1200 S. Main – A caller complained about the homeless man who kept walking around the motel talking to himself.
10:57 a.m., 200 W. Bandera – A homeless woman toting suitcases became angry with a bank employee and was given a criminal trespass warning.
12:35 p.m., 1300 S. Main – A woman complained two men hit her car with their hands.
1:30 p.m., 1400 S. Main – An off-duty police officer caught the man and woman who stole a bottle of Fireball from a liquor store.
6:58 p.m., 800 E. Blanco – A caller feared the two guys sitting in a vehicle were casing the business, but an officer learned they were just dining al fresco.
8:11 p.m., Scenic Loop Rd. – As a man was leaving work, he became suspicious about the black-clad guy standing in the ditch near a car dealership.
9:03 p.m., I-10 mile 543 – One man was arrested during a traffic stop.
11:40 p.m., 1200 S. Main – A manager wanted police to remove the woman who was harassing customers and had stolen stuff before.
Police also made 50 traffic stops, assisted the public twice, checked out one suspicious person and a suspicious vehicle, investigated a 911 hang-up call and handled two welfare checks 10 animal calls, 30 security checks and three false alarms.
11:33 a.m., 100 Christus – A caller reported a man in a light SUV was shaking his fist at a woman in a dark SUV.
12:34 p.m., 800 Johns – A man said rather than argue with his girlfriend in front of their children he tried to leave, but she was standing behind his truck to keep him from going.
1:47 p.m., 200 Wollschlager Dr. – A man said his adult son was creating a family disturbance.
3:30 p.m., 300 S. Plant – A woman said her landlord was arguing with her after evicting her.
3:36 p.m., Old San Antonio – A charge nurse reported drugs were missing.
4:51 p.m., 400 Rosewood – A caller reported a man who had assaulted a woman the previous night was back and was wanted by the sheriff’s department.
6:10 p.m., 1300 S. Main – After a caller said a man sitting in his parked car smelled of alcohol, police arrested the guy for driving while intoxicated.
6:33 p.m., 200 Horse Hill – A woman said after she told a drunk man she didn’t want to argue, he drove away.
Officers also made 44 traffic stops, assisted the public once, investigated one suspicious person, one suspicious vehicle and a 911 hang-upcall and handled one reckless driver report, one civil matter, one animal call, 18 security checks and two false alarms.
KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
8:37 a.m., I-10 mile 530 - Firefighters were called when a passerby flagged down a deputy to report a vehicle was on fire, but it was just smoking a little.
12:09 p.m., 200 Glenn Oaks Dr. - A woman reported verbal and mental abuse by her ex-husband.
12:28 p.m., FM 3351 & Guthrie Rd. - EMS was called for injuries when a truck ran off the road and crashed into a ravine on a curve.
1:03 p.m., 1200 FM 1376 - A woman complained her roommate was leaving and she feared he would take her dogs.
4:16 p.m., Ranger Creek Rd. - An Idaho woman said she got a letter from a Kendall County woman who said she had been assaulted and feared for her safety.
4:25 p.m., I-10 mile marker 533 - A reported fire turned out to be a controlled burn.
8:03 a.m., 500 Waring-Welfare Rd. - Firefighters quickly brought a reported vehicle fire under control.
Deputies also made two traffic stops, assisted the public three times and another law enforcement agency once, checked out one suspicious vehicle, worked four non-injury wrecks and dealt with three welfare checks, one reckless driver report, two traffic hazards, one civil matter, three animal calls, two security checks and seven false alarms.
4:09 p.m., 1100 FM 1376 - A caller reported hearing shots, then a loud explosion, but firefighters found nothing amiss.
6:49 p.m., 1400 S. Main - During a traffic stop, one person was arrested.
7:01 p.m., 100 Highland Woods - A caller reported her neighbor was dumping deer guts on the vacant lot across the street from her house.
10:53 p.m., 100 N. J Dr. - A caller reported hearing several shots, but deputies saw nor heard anything.
11:36 p.m., 100 Oak Acres Ln. - A man said some woman has hacked his web-cam and now wants money or she will release the video.
Deputies also made 12 traffic stops, assisted the public three times and an EMS crew once, worked two non-injury wrecks and handled four reckless driver reports, one traffic hazard, one civil matter, two animal calls, five security checks and two false alarms.
1:18 a.m., 200 Ranch Circle Dr. - Firefighters were called when a woman reported the smell of burning plastic that seemed to be coming from a socket.
8:10 a.m., 700 FM 289 - A man reported he was bitten by a dog while he was tending to it.
10:39 a.m., 100 E. Mountain Top Dr. - A caller reported a vehicle was broken into sometime in the past week.
1:13 p.m., 10000 Johns Rd. - A man reported he was a victim of identity theft.
4:22 p.m., 300 Ammann Rd. - A theft was reported.
8:35 p.m., N. Hwy. 87, Comfort - A store manager reported a missing wallet.
9:57 p.m., 100 Idlewilde Blvd., Comfort - A woman asked for help breaking into her own bedroom because her cats were locked inside.

4:26 a.m., 100 Mountain View Tr. - A man was suspicious about the guy in a loud SUV he saw stopping, turning off the lights and walking into at least three people’s yards, but deputies couldn’t find him.
8:56 a.m., FM 474 - The beeping noise a caller reported hearing was a septic alarm.
10:07 a.m., 200 High St., Comfort - A school principal wanted a deputy to escort a man off the property.
10:38 a.m., 100 Shady Ridge Dr. - A man reported fraud.
10:50 a.m., I-10 mile 528 - A reported grass fire was actually two controlled brush piles.
3:08 p.m., 200 Old No. 9 - A woman complained her adult son was locking the gate and keeping her from feeding her animals.
6:05 p.m., I-10 mile 536 - During a traffic stop, two people were arrested.
6:14 p.m., I-10 mile 540 - After two callers reported a swerving maroon F150, deputies stopped the truck and arrested the driver.
9:04 p.m., 100 Meadow Ln., Comfort - A caller complained about a neighbor’s loud music.
Deputies also made 29 traffic stops, assisted the public three times, checked out two suspicious vehicles and two 911 hang-up calls and handled three reckless driver reports, three animal calls and five false alarms.
12:51 p.m., N. School St. - The gunshots a woman complained were scaring her 30 dogs were found to be in the county where shooting is legal.
2:20 p.m., Doeskin Dr. - A man reported someone vandalized his vehicle the previous night.
2:51 p.m., 300 Idlewilde Blvd., Comfort - A man reported harassment.
7:27 p.m., 300 Idlewilde Blvd., Comfort - A man complained that another man was throwing fireworks at hunters.

2:12 a.m., I-10 mile 545 - After a trucker reported a driver was recklessly swerving between lanes, deputies found the car and arrested the driver.
4:26 a.m., 300 FM 1376 - When a caller asked deputies to check on a woman because he feared she was being held against her will and heard a man’s voice, the officers arrested the man.
8:09 a.m., 200 Walnut Grove Rd. - A man reported his sister stole their late father’s truck.
11:07 a.m., 900 E. Hwy. 46 - After an alarm company reported trespassers on a property, a deputy found all was well.
2:25 p.m., 1000 S. Hwy. 87, Comfort - During a traffic stop, one person was arrested.
3:52 p.m., 100 Thunder Valley Rd. - A man complained he was being harassed by family members.
4:21 p.m., 100 Hill View Loop - A man reported his neighbors were shooting rifles and the bullets were whizzing over his head.
5:59 p.m., 300 Idlewilde Blvd., Comfort - A caller complained a man was shooting firearms unsafely.
6:23 p.m., 100 Cibolo Ave. - Deputies couldn’t find the person firing the shots a caller reported hearing.
7:57 p.m., 200 Meadow Ln., Comfort - A woman complained a neighbor was shooting guns too close to where her children were playing.
9:02 p.m., 100 Blue Ridge, Comfort - Deputies couldn’t find the source of hammering a woman said she heard under her trailer.
10:07 p.m., 100 Ten West Dr. - The gunfire a caller reported hearing was actually someone shooting off fireworks.
11:03 p.m., Herff & Main - One person was arrested during a traffic stop.
11:41 p.m., 100 S. Wagon Wheel Dr. - A woman said she feared fireworks in her neighborhood would set someone’s house on fire.
