Boerne gearing up for district play next Friday

In his five years as the head football coach at Boerne High, Che Hendrix has had the same approach whenever his team enters a bye week.

Hendrix has always maintained that it’s a bye week and not an off week.

So, the fact that the Greyhounds aren’t playing this weekend doesn’t mean they aren’t going to work. They’ll get a little bit of a break, but Hendrix said they don’t want to lose their edge on the eve of district play.
