Greyhounds hold off Hawks, 2-1

When Boerne High hosted Canyon Lake on Thursday, the Greyhounds had a promising start with 2 runs in the first inning but that would be it as BHS was held off the board over the next six frames.

However, those two runs were enough to carry Boerne to a 2-1 victory over the Hawks in Thursday’s low-scoring contest. BHS improves to 16-2 overall and 2-0 in district. The Greyhounds hosted Davenport on Tuesday and visit Wimberley on Friday.
