The Geneva School of Boerne girls basketball team suffered only its second loss of the season after they were defeated by Harper last week before the Thanksgiving break.
Harper won a close game, 42-38, to drop Geneva to 6-2 overall. The Eagles are off until this Friday when they visit San Saba for a non-district contest.
Maegan Riebel led Geneva with 16 points, Kyra Petty added 9, Morgan Howard scored 4 and Brynn Riebel had 3 points and grabbed a team-high 5 rebounds.
