By the time a team gets to the third round of the playoffs, the games are supposed to get harder but so far, the Boerne girls basketball team hasn’t really been tested.
After winning its first two playoff games by a combined 88 points, the Lady Greyhounds picked up another lopsided win Monday in Georgetown when they defeated a solid Navasota team by more than 20 points, 54-33.
BHS improves to 33-1 and advances to this week- end’s regional tournament in Kingsville where they need two wins to advance to the 4A state tournament. They play in the regional semis or fourth round on Friday.
