Taft took an early lead on the Comfort football team in Friday’s firstround playoff game in Seguin and never looked back, ending the Bobcats’ season Friday night.
The Greyhounds jumped out to a 31-0 lead over CHS before recording a 38-14 victory over the Bobcats.
Comfort’s season comes to an end at 3-8 while Taft improves to 9-2 and moves on to the second round of the 3A DII playoffs.
