Debra Jean Webb, our beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt and grandmother, was called to our Heavenly Kingdom on .

Debra grew up in Wisconsin and Illinois before moving to Texas and settling down with her family. After high school, Debra attended Lake County College where she became a certified nurse aide.

Over the years, Debra found many passions in life that inspired her to become an entrepreneur. Through her journey, she found a great love for arts and crafts. From this love, she grew a business of creating jewelry, candles and soaps. In her free time, she could be found drawing, crocheting, woodworking, woodburning and leather crafting. If she wasn’t creating something new for her family and friends to love, then she was discovering nature and traveling.

She visited places like Colorado and the Texas coast and attended events like NASCAR races and the Renaissance Festival.

Debra enjoyed life to the fullest and was very proud of her children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and parents. She loved God and prayed for all her family every day.

Debra is survived by one daughter, Heidi Anthony; one son, David Waters; two grandchildren, Megan (Robert) Storey and Josh (Malissa) Milner; her parents, Layne and Elaine Webb; three sisters, Rene (Jeff) Silliman, Julie (Jim) Bauspies and Merry Webb; four brothers, Gregory (Monica) Webb, Brian (Angie) Webb, Mark (Charline)Webb and Kenneth (Shannon) Webb; and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she cherished very much.

Visitation will be from 5-6:30 p.m. Oct. 11, 2024, with a prayer service afterward at Ebensberger Fisher Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hill Country Daily Bread at Hillcountrydailybread. org.
