Gloria Lanelle Jepsen Williams passed away on Sept. 4, 2026.

Born on Jan. 30, 1946, she dedicated her life to nurturing not only her own large family but also her community. Gloria was a guiding light in her community, notably as a La Leche League leader where she supported countless mothers. Professionally she owned and operated a travel agency and enjoyed traveling the world.

Her commitment to public speaking and leadership was evident through her 30-year involvement with Toastmasters. She also played significant roles in the Hill Country Newcomers Club and various choirs, enriching her community.

A lifelong Christian, she was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran in Boerne. She is survived by her children, Gina (Melvyn) Goveas, April (Steve) Murphy, Sarah (Russ) Crain, Tim Williams, Ellen (Randy) Schmitz, and Kate Williams; her siblings, Gail (George) Christian and Ronny ( Jamee) Jepsen; 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
