Boerne blasts Pleasanton for first win

Boerne was a team possessed on Friday versus Pleasanton at Eagles Stadium.

Coming off a disappointing start to their season last week with a narrow 42-35 loss to Flour Bluff, the Greyhounds went on a tear, pouring on a 47-7 romping of the Eagles.

Thirty seven of Boerne’s 47 points came in the first half, with freshman quarterback Hank Hendrix throwing two touchdowns during the half.
