Read moreDuring her motion introduction, Fair Oaks Ranch Place 5 Councilmember Snehal Patel said her wish to Santa Claus this year was to have a charter for the Code of Conduct Advisory Committee approved during the Dec. 17 city council meeting. But her Christmas request wasn’t granted as several fellow council members expressed concerns with details outlined in Patel’s draft. Conversations got heated between councilmembers during the discussion, resulting in the charter being tabled until the council’s first meeting in January after proposed amendments have been made.
