LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

JUNE 25

1:49 a.m., 700 block of River Road – A caller reported an intoxicated friend was outside her house, knocking on and throwing objects at the front door. Law enforcement came to the location to assist with the situation.

12:11 p.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported someone came into the location trying to sell homemade baked goods.

5:25 p.m., 200 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a vehicle was recklessly driving on the road. The caller said the vehicle was passing vehicles in “no passing” lanes, and speeding.

6:30 p.m., 1000 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a male drove up to the business and began urinating in front of the business.

JUNE 26

12:51 p.m., 300 block of Water Street – A caller reported funds were stolen from her account.

2:40 p.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle hit her vehicle and fled the scene. The caller reported the collision occurred in San Antonio and the caller was provided with their information.

5:23 p.m., 100 block of Telford – A caller reported someone stole his mail the previous day. The caller said he received a check and a new credit card.

8:41 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller suspected someone going through the drive thru was intoxicated, as the motorist drove backward into the drive-thru.

JUNE 27

6:09 a.m., 1400 block of E. Blanco Road – A caller reported two dogs were hit by a vehicle.

12:37 p.m., 100 block of Old Fredericksburg Road – A caller reported two vehicles were involved in a collision, and one of the vehicles was still in the road. EMS came to the location to provide medical assistance. Boerne F.D. was called to the location for a possible diesel leak.

3:57 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Road – A caller wanted to speak with someone about a sexual harassment claim made against them.

JUNE 28

10:25 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle parked next to the caller that looked very suspicious. The caller said the occupants put on neck gaiters. Law enforcement made contact with the vehicle and found they were on the way to work out.

10:58 a.m., 1000 block of River Road – A caller reported a two-vehicle collision, having been rear-ended by another vehicle.

5:44 p.m., mile marker 542, W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler driver who she suspected was either falling asleep or intoxicated.

10:07 p.m., at Schweppe/Oak Park – A caller reported hearing what sounded like gunshots in the area. Law enforcement found it was workers in the area working on a transformer.

JUNE 25

12:12 a.m., mile marker 533, W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler hit their vehicle. The caller said a third vehicle hit them, too. Debris was in the road and a wrecker was called for the vehicle.

10:31 a.m., 100 block of Mountain Top – A caller had questions about a dog being tied up at a nearby location.

2:18 p.m., 100 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a disturbance between a male and a female. Law enforcement came to the location and found the couple was arguing about an upcoming wedding.

6:36 p.m., 800 block of Walnut Way – A caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the location.

JUNE 26

8:03 a.m., 100 block of Karger Lane – A caller reported a vehicle abandoned on private property.

10:07 a.m., mile marker 527, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle that was swerving all over the road, tailgating and brake-checking others.

10:09 a.m., 600 block of Esperanza – A caller reported kids riding their dirt bikes on a new construction site.

11:41 a.m., mile marker 523, E. I-10 – A caller reported a four-vehicle collision. All local emergency services were called to the location.

1:08 p.m., 300 block of Kendall Parkway – A caller reported an “ex” was banging on the front door of their residence.

4:39 p.m., Old Comfort Road – A caller reported his vehicle was taken from his front yard.

JUNE 27

12:16 a.m., 400 block of N. FM 3351 – A caller reported seeing lights down by the river. The caller thought it may be in connection with recent vandalism in the area.

6:58 a.m., on N Highway 87 – A caller reported a cat stranded on the roof of the gas pumps.

10:01 a.m., mile marker 529, E. I-10 – A probable cause search was conducted on a male motorist, who was taken to jail.

11:16 a.m., 32000 block of I-10 – A caller reported vandalism at the location.

1:20 p.m., 300 block of Old #9 – A caller requested assistance in moo-ving her cows.

JUNE 28

1:17 a.m., 200 block of W. Highway 46 -- A caller reported a one-vehicle roll-over. The occupants reported being injured and were given medical attention.

9:18 a.m., 500 block of Deer Road – A caller reported a trapped raccoon on his back porch.

11:02 a.m., 700 block of FM 289 – A caller was upset about a group of bikers not moving out of the way.

11:40 a.m., 100 block of Cibolo Hollow – A caller reported a deer died on his property and he was asking for the correct way to handle it.
