BOERNE — Veronica Rector has joined the reporting team at the Bandera Bulletin and the Boerne Star, bringing her deep familiarity with the Hill Country and a passion for local journalism.
Rector has previously contributed as a freelance reporter for Granite Media Partners’ Hill Country Group, which includes both newspapers.
“Veronica Rector has worked already as a freelance reporter for the papers in our Hill Country Group and proven herself many times over,” said Thomas Edwards, executive editor and vice president of content for Granite Media Partners. “She’s going to do a great job covering Bandera and Boerne and points in-between.”
Rector said she’s eager to build on the work she’s already done in the area.
“I am excited to continue working in communities where I have built amazing relationships and helped bring awareness to serious issues,” she said. “I am also grateful for the opportunity to work alongside great writers and editors.” FROM PAGE 1
