BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT AUGUST 20
6:27 a.m., 100 block of Copper Creek – A caller reported water shooting out of a fire hydrant. The caller told dispatch she suspected it was an 18-wheeler that did the damage.
8:28 a.m., on Greyhound Lane – A caller reported a vehicle collision occurred in the high school parking lot.
8:32 a.m., on Shooting Club Road – A caller reported their gate was damaged and it was found that some screws were removed.
11:51 a.m., 100 block of E. Granite Shores – A caller reported a theft from a new construction site.
11:43 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a group of teenagers wearing ski masks approached the caller’s vehicle and were screaming.
AUGUST 21
6:55 a.m., at Herff Road – A caller reported a scared, stray dog in the area.
11:44 a.m., Cabin Springs – A caller reported receiving a phone call, asking him to pay for missing jury duty.
12:57 p.m., 300 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be with the cartel and having kidnapped her daughter.
1:30 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a vehicle rollover. Boerne F.D. and EMS were called to the location.
2:02 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported his vehicle was stolen from the location.
AUGUST 22
11:27 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported his girlfriend was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend.
12:52 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported someone in a vehicle smoking weed.
5:44 p.m., 100 block of E. Theissen – A caller reported a dog trapped in the vehicle. Law enforcement came to the location and found the dog was OK and one of the windows was down.
7:40 p.m., 100 block of Vail – A caller reported a vehicle driving around the area for over an hour.
AUGUST 23
12:56 a.m., at River Road/Herff Road – A caller reported people who stopped at the gas station and appeared to be intoxicated. The individuals then stumbled their way down Main Street.
6:41 a.m., 34000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into during the night. The caller said nothing was stolen from the vehicle, but it was damaged.
8:29 a.m., 36000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into. The caller said the door handle was popped off and the keyhole was popped out.
10:04 a.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a potential gas leak at the location. Boerne F.D. came to the location and found everything was OK.
KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AUGUST 20
12:02 a.m., mile marker 531, W. I-10 – A caller reported a limping dog running around without a collar on.
7:59 a.m., 100 block of N. Pleasant Valley Drive – A caller reported a flatbed trailer parked on the road and that a school bus was having a difficult time driving around it.
11:37 a.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported receiving a call from someone impersonating a KCSO deputy, stating there was a warrant out for his arrest.
4:02 p.m., mile marker 533, W. I-10 – A motorcycle driver was detained and taken to jail after a traffic stop.
AUGUST 21
7:17 a.m., 100 block of White Oak Trail – A caller reported a coyote caught in a fence, but she ended up being able to release it.
10:10 a.m., mile marker 537, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle, speeding on the interstate , almost ran the caller off the road.
12:09 p.m., mile marker 526, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle spun out and collided with the vehicle in front of her. Both vehicles were damaged and a wrecker was called 12:17 p.m., 1100 block of FM 1376 – A caller suspects her subcontractor stole her personal equipment and tools.
12:54 p.m., 12:54 p.m., 300 block of Water Street – A caller reported a vehicle was broken into by someone with a black face mask on.
AUGUST 22
6:50 a.m., 40 block of FM 473 – A caller reported seeing a vehicle strike a deer.
1:22 p.m., 100 block of Eagle Drive – A caller reported an 18-wheeler using a private driveway and driving into oncoming traffic.
2:50 p.m., 200 block of FM 474 – A caller was concerned after seeing a dozen calves in a pen in the sun without water, shade or food.
5:25 p.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported she was scammed out of $400 after receiving a call from someone claiming to be a law enforcement officer.
AUGUST 23
8:33 a.m., 100 block of West Street – A caller reported a feral cat attacking his cat, causing him to have to take his pet to the vet.
8:35 a.m., 500 block of Lindner Avenue – A caller reported discovering a large snake in her backyard and was concerned about the potential for more.
5:17 p.m., 100 block of Bella Springs Road – A bull had taken the day off and decided to go for an evening swim.
