LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. SEPTEMBER 24

1:28 a.m., 200 block of Branson Falls – A caller was concerned about a vehicle with its doors open.

9:17 a.m., Main Street at Christus Parkway – A caller reported a stalled vehicle in the middle of the road. Officers assisted with traffic control while the wrecker was there.

10:53 a.m., 1500 block of River Road – A caller reported a hit-and-run vehicle collision that occurred that morning. 1:44 p.m., 1400 block of S. Main Street – A caller was worried she got scammed after speaking with her bank.

SEPTEMBER 25

9:09 a.m., 100 block of Woods of Boerne – A caller reported a vehicle collision that occurred two hours earlier. 10:38 a.m., Schweppe at Oak Park – A caller reported a hit-and-run collision that had just occurred.

8:14 p.m., 100 block of City Lake – A caller reported hearing fireworks in the area.

9:50 p.m., 1000 block of River Road – A caller reported two 18-wheelers on the road not driving safely. Law enforcement followed the drivers and did not see any signs of intoxicated driving.

10:40 p.m., 100 block of Gage – A caller reported a vehicle had been parking outside for 30 minutes every evening.

SEPTEMBER 26

11:20 a.m., Old San Antonio Road – A caller was worried about a dog in a vehicle. Law enforcement found the windows were open and the vehicle was parked in the shade.

11:51 a.m., 400 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a male in the area who was acting erratic. The caller was concerned as there were children in the area.

2:51 p.m., 1500 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male being aggressive with an employee.

10:38 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported he was driving in the H-E-B parking lot when someone smashed his tow mirror. The caller said he saw a beer bottle involved.

11:35 p.m., 100 block of Jordan Place – A caller reported seeing someone run to the side of her house. The caller said her dog wouldn’t stop barking.

SEPTEMBER 27

9:17 a.m., 100 block of Desert Flower – A caller reported her ex-husband was harassing her.

9:23 a.m., 7000 block of Saur Legacy – A caller wanted to file a report for stolen diamond rings.

3:56 p.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive – A caller reported people soliciting in the area.

4:33 p.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a big dog in the area that was hanging out at the caller’s business. Although the dog wasn’t aggressive, the caller was worried as the dog would not leave.

6:02 p.m., 100 block of W. Hampton Run – A caller reported a male parked in a vehicle on the street, claiming to be with the police. The caller informed dispatch the male had no badge, no uniform, no marked vehicle and would not disclose what department they worked for.

SEPTEMBER 28

9:51 a.m., 600 block of Oak Park – A caller reported a man sleeping inside a vehicle that was blocking the driveway. 1:38 p.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A customer reported seeing another customer steal a bracelet from the location.

6:30 p.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported seeing a vehicle pull over, get a woman from the bed of the truck and put her in the cab of the truck. Law enforcement was successfully able to locate the vehicle.

9:36 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee was hit in the parking lot by a vehicle. The caller noted the driver fled the scene. Officers located the vehicle and the driver was detained.

SEPTEMBER 29

7:49 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported receiving harassing text messages from her ex-husband.

12:00 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported an employee’s ex-boyfriend showed up at the location and was refusing to leave. The ex-boyfriend was then reported to be standing on the hood of her vehicle.

6:46 p.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male on the side of the road shouting and waving.

SEPTEMBER 24

9:03 a.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A cow was in the road causing a traffic dilemma.

9:50 a.m., 400 block of Comfort Pace – A caller reported a male at the location sleeping in his vehicle. The caller was concerned because the male was already issued a trespass warning.

1:14 p.m., mile marker 531, E. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a driver tailgating others, going 100 mph and giving people the middle finger.

3:51 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A caller reported a marijuana smell coming from one of the trucks on the road.

5:32 p.m., on Rocky Top Road – A caller suspected a package was stolen.

SEPTEMBER 25

5:27 a.m., 1000 block of N. FM 3351 – A caller reported a donkey on the highway, looking for a ride to get donuts.

9:42 a.m., on Table Rock – A caller reported someone illegally trespassed on her property and disabled the water pump.

4:32 p.m., 500 block of Sunflower – A caller requested deputies come to the location to speak with individuals driving recklessly in the parking lot.

7:12 p.m., 400 block of Comfort Place – A caller reported a vehicle without a license plate parked in the area.

SEPTEMBER 26

3:22 a.m., 300 block of Rustic Barn Lane – A caller reported cement trucks shining lights at homes in the area. The caller said a previous company was fired for this exact reason.

6:53 a.m., 300 block of S. FM 3351 – A donkey and small horse were looking for some breakfast tacos to get their morning started off right.

1:17 p.m., mile marker 522 of E. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler driving recklessly on the interstate.

4:50 p.m., 200 block of Quiet Point – A caller reported someone stole a $250 package. The caller’s package was later found outside of her mailbox.

10:12 p.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported people walking around the back of his property with flashlights.

SEPTEMBER 27

10:54 a.m., on Upper Cibolo Creek Road/I-10 EB – A caller reported a tow truck that had been hanging out for a few hours. It was discovered the driver was waiting for a vehicle he purchased. 11:17 a.m., 100 block of Wall Street – A caller reported a feral cat was dying on her back porch.

4:20 p.m., School Street at I-10 West – A vehicle was impounded after it was found the driver possessed a suspended driver’s license.

SEPTEMBER 28

5:36 a.m., 500 block of Sunflower Road – A caller reported a group of males throwing rocks at buildings and vehicles in the area. Deputies came to the location and found the male were throwing pop rocks.

6:20 a.m., 400 block of Comfort Place – A caller reported a vehicle with a female sleeping in it. The caller said this was an ongoing issue and the caller was concerned about illegal activity. When law enforcement arrived, the female moved her vehicle.

6:45 a.m., 42000 block of W. I-10 – A vehicle collision was reported. Severe guardrail damage was reported. EMS was called to provide medical assistance. One of the occupants was detained.

10:12 a.m., 100 block of Blue Ridge – A caller reported finding her storage building empty. The caller told dispatch there was $30,000 worth of materials gone.

SEPTEMBER 29

8:55 a.m., 100 block of N. Wagon Wheel Drive – A caller had questions about a garage sale.

4:32 p.m., 800 block of E. Highway 46 – A caller reported a male walking along, and into, the road. The caller was concerned the male was intoxicated.

5:35 p.m., 200 block of Seventh Street – A caller reported her ex-boyfriend texted her friends and some minors naked pictures of the caller.
