Veterans Day is fast approaching, and the Boerne Star wants to recognize all who have served our country with their enlistment, their service ... even their lives.
Between now and Oct. 22, we invite Boerne residents to submit photos of their veterans — friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors or themselves — to be included on the Boerne Star Veterans Day Remembrance supplement on Sunday, Nov. 9.
We received 94 veterans’ photos and descriptions in 2024 — those veterans are already going to be included in this year’s edition, so they do NOT have to be resubmitted.
