BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

OCTOBER 8

7:33 a.m., 100 block of Wickersham – A caller reported his teenaged daughter received threats via text the prior evening.

8:20 a.m., 100 block of S. Plant Avenue – A caller came into the lobby to report a case of fraud.

10:26 a.m., on River/Woods of Boerne – A caller suspected a driver was intoxicated after seeing the driver fall asleep in the turn lane and begin drifting. EMS was contacted to provide medical care.

1:03 p.m., 32000 block of W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported a male exposed himself in his storage unit.

3:16 p.m., 100 block of Inverness – A caller reported a vehicle that repeatedly circled her house for the prior month. The caller said she was unsure who the driver was.

OCTOBER 9

10:16 a.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported his bank card was compromised and subsequently charged $792.69.

10:59 a.m., 600 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a man at the location took a woman’s vehicle. Law enforcement located the man and the vehicle; the man was detained.

2:34 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a frustrated customer. The caller said the customer became frustrated after the sale of lottery tickets would not go through.

4:02 p.m., 100 block of Enterprise – A caller reported a stolen firearm that went missing somewhere during shipping.

OCTOBER 10

8:23 a.m., Old San Antonio Road – A subject came into the Boerne P.D. lobby to report an assault.

9:16 a.m., 100 block of Hidden Haven – A caller reported an incident with a repairman from the previous day. The caller said the repairman left the water running and it ran for several hours.

12:42 p.m., 1400 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported multiple juveniles were at the location, causing a hazard in the parking lot.

1:39 p.m., at Spencer Road – An electric company reported an electric meter and copper was stolen.

OCTOBER 11

11:47 a.m., 100 block of Lilly Creek – A caller reported her daughter’s ex-boyfriend was harassing her via text messages and social media.

2:15 p.m., along Roosevelt/Second Street – A caller reported his neighbor’s dog was loose in the area.

6:14 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported her AirPods were stolen from the location.

9:25 p.m., 100 block of Theissen – A caller reported smelling natural gas in the area. Boerne F.D. walked up and down the street and did not find any gas leak.

OCTOBER 12

5:54 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported a woman across the hallway, screaming for help. An ambulance was called to the scene to provide medical assistance.

11:42 a.m., 200 block of Ivy Lane – A caller reported a case of online fraud.

12:00 p.m., 36000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported smelling marijuana coming from one of her neighbor’s apartments.

1:19 p.m., 100 block of Francis – A caller reported a neighbor was letting his aggressive dogs walk off-leash. The caller said one of the dogs almost bit her a year ago.

8:45 p.m., along Scenic Loop Road – A caller was concerned after seeing a little girl running around the building by herself. Law enforcement did not find a child matching the description at the location.

OCTOBER 13

9:46 a.m., 300 block of Beristain – A caller reported hearing a domestic dispute occurring next door. The caller was especially concerned due to children being in the house.

10:16 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle was purchased using his name and information.

11:53 a.m., on Norris Lane/W. Bandera Road – A caller reported seeing a truck that appeared to have jumped the curb and pulled down some wires.

4:48 p.m., on Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a neighbor drove onto the caller’s property and knocked over their property.

OCTOBER 14

9:50 a.m., 100 block of Water Street – A caller reported her sunglasses were stolen after she could not locate them.

12:14 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a frustrated male was yelling at other people to move their vehicles. The caller added the male intentionally backed into the caller’s vehicle and drove off.

October 8 

4:08 a.m., 900 block of Front Street – A caller reported an unoccupied vehicle at the gas pumps. It was found that the vehicle belonged to an employee. 

7:27 a.m., 300 block of Walnut Grove Road – A caller reported a driver clipped his vehicle’s mirrors as it was passing his own vehicle. The caller said the other driver was using his high beams, resulting in the caller not being able to determine if either driver had crossed the traffic lines. 

2:27 p.m., 700 block of FM 289 – A caller reported a cell phone was stolen over the weekend. 

3:45 p.m., along Staudt Street – A caller reported his firearm was stolen from the location. 

October 9 

8:50 a.m., 100 block of Walnut Grove Road – A caller reported a male walking around his property and attempting to open the front door. 

11:32 a.m., 100 block of Wild Cherry Lane – A caller reported her roommate left a bone in her bed. The caller, who was very concerned, even said the roommate had more bones in his closet. Law enforcement came to the location and did not find any skeletons in either closet.  

5:26 p.m., 100 block of S. FM 3351 – A caller reported a three-vehicle collision. One of the vehicles was reported to be upside down and smoking. Boerne F.D. and Bergheim F.D. were called to the location. 

9:11 p.m., 400 block of E. Highway 46 – A caller reported his sister’s vehicle hit a deer. She needed traffic assistance while waiting for a tow truck. 

October 10 

3:35 a.m., 800 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported being involved in a collision with an animal. The caller said airbags were deployed and his wrist was injured. Sisterdale F.D. responded to the scene. 

9:57 a.m., mile marker 530, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving all over the road. Due to its large trailer, the caller was concerned the vehicle was going to cause an accident. 

1:46 p.m., along Worth Drive – A caller reported he did work for a builder and now the builder was avoiding contact with the caller and not paying him. 

3:11 p.m., 400 block of Comfort Place – A caller reported someone keyed his vehicle. 

October 11 

2:33 a.m., 200 block of Lohmann Drive – A caller reported seeing a male attempting to get entry through a window at her residence. EMS was contacted after the male appeared to break his arm. 

8:39 a.m., 700 block of Mountain Creek Trail – A caller reported an unknown male parked in front of her property. Deputies found the male was with a work crew in the area. 

5:06 p.m., mile marker 534, E. I-10 – A caller reported a truck on the interstate smoking very badly. KCSO was put on standby and Bexar County was informed. 

7:59 p.m., 100 block of Zoeller Lane – A caller asked for additional law enforcement presence in the area on weekends due to people leaving trash and tire marks in the area. 

October 12 

3:19 a.m., 36000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported three males in a physical fight. Law enforcement came to the location and found two males running away from the scene. The two males were located and detained. 

12:38 p.m., 400 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported damage to her fence by an abandoned truck. The truck owner returned to the location and said he left to go get a part to repair the vehicle. 

3:43 p.m., 400 block of Sixth Street – A caller reported a mountain bike lying in front of a utility pole. The caller said the bike had been there for two days, suspecting it may be stolen. 

10:55 p.m., 100 block of Meadow Lane – A caller reported a woman involved in a vehicle accident with him earlier that day showed up at his front door and then ran away. Law enforcement located the woman and she was detained. 

October 13 

10:09 a.m., 100 block of Edgewood Drive – Urgent Care reported a patient bitten by an animal. The patient was contacted and it was found that she was bitten by her cat. 

10:56 a.m., 200 block of Cibolo Ridge Trail – A caller reported an aggressive dog running around the area. The caller said the dog killed the neighbor’s dog and attacked the caller’s cat. 

11:33 a.m., 200 block of Walnut Grove Road – A caller reported hearing gunfire in the area the day before. The caller expressed concerned due to it sounding like it was automatic gunfire. 

11:35 a.m., 200 block of Spring Road – A caller reported her neighbor bought a lot near her property and began unpermitted construction in the area. The caller said she confronted the neighbor and he threatened to kill the caller’s dogs. 

1:39 p.m., 100 block of Ulmus Road – A caller reported finding someone in a house on her property. The caller was unsure how long the male was in the building. She told dispatch the building had no running water. 

6:43 p.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a male urinating in public at the gas station.  

October 14 

7:48 a.m., along Olivia Circle – A caller reported a trapped raccoon and cat ready for pick-up.  

8:21 a.m., 100 block of Ranch Drive – A caller requested a pick-up for a trapped skunk in the area. 

3:11 p.m., 100 block of Antelope Hill – A caller reported her daughter overdosed on marijuana gummies the day before and was taken to the hospital. 

3:50 p.m., 100 block of Riverwood – A caller reported someone listed his property on Zillow under his name, without his permission.
