The Boerne High girls basketball team bounced back from its district loss to Wagner on Tuesday and defeated Kerrville Tivy on the road last Friday.
BHS claimed the 52-39 victory over the Lady Antlers and is 8-2 in district and 20-7 overall. The Lady Greyhounds hosted Veterans Memorial Tuesday and visit Smithson Valley Friday.
Wagner is 10-0 and in first place, while Boerne is 8-2 and maintains its hold on second place. Kerrville Tivy slips to 6-4, Smithson Valley is 5-4, while Pieper is 5-5, followed by New Braunfels at 4-5. Champion and Alamo Heights are 3-7, followed by Veterans Memorial at 0-10.
