Boerne High was at the recent Joe Marsh Dragon Relays and the Lady Greyhounds finished fourth with 58 points and the BHS boys were seventh with 33 points.
RESULTS (top 6) Varsity Girls
Victoria Varga placed
5th in the 100 (13.07), Presley Merkens came in
2nd in the 400 (59.24) and Sutton Amerman was 3rd
(59.45).
Prisca Igbo captured 2nd in the 100 hurdles (15.39), Averley Bruce was 4th in the 300 hurdles (49.18) and Brei Johnson was 6th in the
300 hurdles (49.55).
Boerne’s 4x200 relay finished 6th (1:50) and the
4x400 came in 2nd (4:04).
Mallory Miles placed
2nd in the high jump (5-2) and Maci Wells was 6th in the event (4-10), while Mckeehan Smith finished
5th in the pole vault (8-6).
Varsity Boys
Aaron Garcia won the
3200 (9:52) and placed
4th in the 1600 (4:27), while Brayden Scott was
6th in the 3200 (10:27).
Noah Blomqvist finished 4th in the discus
(142-3) and took 3rd in the shot put (49-6.5), while Cash Gatlin came in
2nd in the shot put (50-5).
